  • Cross-Functional Coordination: We break down silos by assembling dedicated integration teams with representation from every critical department: Finance, HR, Operations, IT, Commercial, and Supply Chain.

  • 100-Day Plans: Borrowing from private equity playbooks, we define clear, measurable objectives for the first 100 days post-close to generate early wins and build trust.

Tools: ClickUp + Communication

  • We leverage modern project management tools like ClickUp to keep integration moving forward:

  • Task Management: Every integration workstream is built into ClickUp, with owners, timelines, and dependencies clearly assigned.

  • Dashboards & Reporting: Executives see progress in real-time. Each function has its own dashboard, and integration leaders can quickly identify roadblocks or bottlenecks.

  • Documentation & SOPs: Integration often reveals gaps in process. We use ClickUp’s document features to build and distribute SOPs, ensuring consistency across new and legacy teams.

  • Communication Channels: Clear channels reduce confusion. We establish dedicated Teams or Slack channels per workstream and use recurring standups to keep momentum.

    We align leadership on vision, cultural fit, and strategic intent. We identify potential friction points and begin communication planning early.

     

  2. Day 1 Readiness
    We prepare announcements, onboarding materials, systems access, and transition plans to ensure employees experience clarity—not chaos—on Day 1.

    With governance structures in place, we lead weekly tracking sessions, manage escalations, and ensure accountability. The goal isn’t just to integrate—it’s to improve.

     

  4. Synergy Realization & Optimization
    We don’t stop at execution. We measure outcomes, refine processes, and institutionalize wins through KPIs and knowledge transfer.
